Horrible stay away!!!!! Will take your money run and not answer cause everyone is calling there crooks

Me and my friends just spent the weekend in CNP and had an amazing time at the CNP holiday home. Winny, the owner, was super helpful with any questions we had leading up to the trip and gave a tour of the establishment once we arrived. I would most definitely recommend staying at the CNP holiday home if you are ever going through the Crowsnest Pass. Thanks again Winny!

This agent accused me of being disrespectful just because I didn’t include my name in my inquiry when I texted him about the house I’m interested in (he doesn’t answer phone calls at all). He positioned himself as the “helper” and refused to deal with me, forgetting that it is actually his job to communicate with potential buyers. Following our conversation, he warned me that I will not be hearing from him or the sellers. Super agnorant and unprofessional realtor that doesn’t deserve to be in this industry. I will be filling a formal complaint with RECA as well as his realty and also looking for legal advice on this matter.

I am sorry that you feel this way! I have the highest standards for myself and do take pride in responding promptly to all inquiries. I have had clients compliment me on the prompt service that I provide. I believe I did talk to you on the phone and indicated to you that I would let you know if the deal fell through on this house because it was pending and you had a house to sell in Calgary. Unfortunately, this house sold therefore I did not call you back to let you know it was still available. Please forgive me if this is the wrong house and wrong client that I am talking about, I deal with a ton of inquiries in a week. If there is any way that I could resolve this situation, let me know. Again, my apologies to you and your wife and good luck in your search! I disliked seeing this comment.
