As a first time home buyer, I am very happy with Winnie's patient, kind and thorough approach. The home-buying process can be a bit daunting and stressful, but Winnie made it understandable and helped everything to go smoothly! It really helped to have her at our side when viewing places and making the big decision to buy.

pls stay away from this company, they are scam and con , i had my house listed with them , nothing but a problem , after 6 month of not doing anything , they tried to charge me money for singing contract with them, see a lawyer before you sign a contract with Tac . when you sale your house they charge you a huge commission, they keep bully you to lower your price , just to get commission for them self. ray

Good professional team

We had contemplated making a move for quite some time but because our past real estate experiences had been difficult and extremely stressful, we were quite wary of who we could possibly put our trust into getting the job done for us. Then we were referred to Mohamed and right from the get go we felt that we had make the right decision in consulting with him. At our first meeting, we were provided with a tremendous amount of pertinent information that assisted us with both the sale of our current property and the purchase of a new one. We were provided with specs and forecasting on our current property in an extremely well put-together book, all before even deciding to work with Mansour Group. Mohamed is both professional and caring, and his stride for excellence resonates throughout all the services he and his whole team provides. The list of services that they provide and people they can refer you to seem to be endless, varying from names of contractors for any type of renovations to be done to supplying massage therapists for weary clients! We had been dreading what could have been a long and painstakingly slow process, but in the span of a few weeks, we had both sold our property (even obtained well above asking price in a rapidly changing market) and purchased a new one. Everything was handled in a smooth and seamless manner with professionalism and expertise. Mohamed and his team ended up delivering a far superior customer experience then we could have ever dreamt of and sometimes we still feel we need to pinch ourselves to make sure it’s not just a dream! Sukh Brar was a seller’s agent on my home and he was the worst realtor I have ever worked with. I have worked with multiple agents over my lifetime and own a a large moving business and can honestly say Sukh Brar breaches legal contracts and ignores new owners for when the purchase a home from his sellers, even if there are terms in contract which he clearly ignores. He is a dishonest agent that refuses to acknowledge his faults. I condone ysing Sukh Brar and Royal LePage Global Force as they allow this awful realtor to hang his license there.

I had identified a potential investment property that I was interested in. As I was not working with a realtor, I found out about the basic information from the listing agent, including the necessary strata documents. After having reviewed the information, I wanted to put in an offer, however, I did not want to do so through the listing agent. Since I already had everything lined up, I was not interested in using a traditional realtor as I just needed help with lining up the offer and researching a few specific issues. I found Mayur's website and sent an email inquiring about his services. Within minutes, he got back to me, and through a brief conversation, he tuned in very quickly to the level of understanding I had. He discussed the issues that I needed help in and wasted no time on everything else. There were some frustrations with the negotiations but Mayur really helped me navigate the process - he approached everything with a sensible and logical perspective and was able to persuade me to just "do business" and put certain frustrations aside. As I put in a subject-free offer without having viewed the place, I still wanted to request a viewing the morning after and he was able to arrange that for me quite seamlessly. I appreciated very much his advice to bring a token of appreciation for the listing agent the morning after, as he was making certain accommodations - while this was not necessary, it certainly made all the follow up after go smoothly and stress-free. While many purchasers may not appreciate - even after a deal is done, there's quite a bit of coordination to get to closing and I really appreciated that Mayur had the big picture in mind so that there wouldn't be anything that gets in the way of closing - while still careful about the details that are important. I definitely think that Mayur went above and beyond my expectations, and I would use his services again!
