Do not use Dennis Timmermeister. He is un professional and is a liar. Sorry Coldwell Banker. I would give a review to just him, but there isn't a way to do so.

Non-responsive. I asked about my application and sent them a few emails. No one responded. Would've been nice if he gave me an update.

We have just completed our 3 rd. real estate transaction with Paul in the last 2 years. He is courteous, prompt and professional. I will not hesitate to recommend Paul to friends or family.

Chad and his assistant are horrible at their profession. This office is a hole in the wall with poor leadership. Learn to respect people's time!

It was a great pleasure to work with Fred. Fred is truly passionate about real estate and helping people. He is very knowledgeable about the market. He shared a lot of good insight about the neighborhood and the building. He is very patient and takes time to educate me. He doesn't push me into making quick decisions or jump on any property I saw. He provides me with insightful analysis, pros and cons for me to make rational decisions. I have learnt a lot about the condo market in the past 8 months. Fred has good experience working with investors and eventually helped me getting a place that has great value and good return on investment. I know I can trust Fred and rely on his advice.
