Real Estate Agent

Friendly showhome staff, they answered all of our main questions and texted us back answers to the rest. SouthPointe has an excellent price point for all of the show homes we looked at. Nice low property tax rate, and no hidden fees (no HOA, no condo fees). There is a ton of green space all along the parks and walking paths. It was only a 40 minute drive from the south side of Edmonton to here on Henday!

I was very satisfied with Dave as my realtor and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. He gets you want you want and focusses on your criteria and needs and not upselling.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and always up to date with the current markets. He is an expert realtor and makes home buying or selling a breeze for his clients. I have successfully used mike a number of times for business and personal buying and selling. He has never given me a reason to consider another realtor.

We bought our very first home through Jack Ouellette. Being a first time home buyer we made it out to be a scary process, however Jack made the process so enjoyable and even exciting! Jack listens to his clients and he defiantly went above and beyond with us!! I can't say enough good things about Jack as a realtor! Professional, kind, and so knowledgable. We will defiantly be using Jack again when we purchase our next home.

We met Trent in 2015 when we were looking to settle down in Grande Prairie. We couldn't decide then but his sincere approach at work always made me sure that we would certainly get his help when our time arrives to buy a house. And there we had a deal in 2016 November so smooth, efficient and in timely manner. We are so very glad with our new home and Trent will always be our first referral for buy/sell a property with Remax. Thank you Trent.

Thank you for all your hard work and help selling our house!

We started our search for our first home with a different real estate agent here in grande Prairie and were very disappointed. we felt like we had to do all the work find our own houses we wanted to look at and then just let him know when we wanted to look at them and even then most times it would be four or five days before we could go view them so one day we got fed up and went looking ofr a new realor. we stumbledlon Ben and it was the best thing that ever happened to us. I called him up with two homes that we were intrested in viewing and he said he could meet us a few hours later. when we met him he had already taken ir upon him self to find us two more homes to view that he thought would be a good match for us without even meeting us. Ben told us that if we were patient with him he would find us OUR dream home. The next day bright and early i got a call from Ben saying that he thought he found us the perfect home and that we needed to go take a look ASAP. We walked in and instantly knew that this was Our home, he even kept an eye on our two young boys so we could take a good look at the house. Ben is the best Realator we could have ever asked for and i truly know that if it wasn't for him we would never have found our home.I have and will continue to refer Ben to all of our friends and family and will no doubt use him again in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH BEN!!!!!!!
