Dale worked tirelessly to get us a condo that suited our family, within our budget, and in the location we wanted; he did so within a very tight timeline and competitive market. He was extremely professional, honest with every question we asked, and quickly responded to any emails or phone calls. We love our new place and cannot thank Dale enough for all of his hard work!

My husband and I were casually looking for a home to purchase and had no realtor in mind. My husband was reading a flyer and saw Nickole Goeujon's name and gave her a call.. that was the best thing we could have done! Nickole was a fabulous attentive realtor who really listened to what we wanted and immediately created a list of "potentials" for us. We got daily updates to that list from then on. We were lucky and the perfect home found us almost immediately, and Nickole worked hard for every thing to fall into place over the Christmas and NewYears holiday period. She got us a better price than we originally thought possible as well! It was a fast purchase but she kept everything very easy and straight forward for us. Nickole connected us with a fabulous mortgage broker , lawyer, inspector and insurance broker. She gave us tips on what we would need to do like connect sewer and water etc. things you dont think about when you rent. She even helped us to learn e-document in dealing with some overseas paperwork. If ever we are in the market again, Nickole will be the ONLY person we call to work with (not that we plan on moving from our new wonderful home any time soon!)

I can't say enough nice things about Adrianna and how much she helped me. I was going through a tough time, but she was so patient and clear with everything. The house looked better then ever when she got it ready to sell. She was always available to answer questions and also negotiated a high selling price for the house, and a discount for my new condo. One of the best for sure!
