Real Estate Agent

Nice place

We are glad to have had Anny's experience and expertise. Very friendly, not pushy and always wanting my best. I can say she delivered. Thanks Anny!

Dan Flokstra just straight up ignored me i tried to put offer in on land would not give me time of day. or return my calls

We purchased a home represented by Westridge and from the moment we removed subjects we began to get the run around from the realtor. There were concerns over the amount of garbage and building materials left on the property as it was clear that the owners were not living in the house. Westridge continually avoided our phone calls, emails and texts in regards to what the sellers plans were to clean the house and the garbage left on the property. Upon possession date not only were we left with a filthy house but also their garbage and anything else the sellers did not want. Something you would expect of tenants, not owners. Westridge’s excuse was that her clients lived out of town!!! A month went by with us trying to recuperate our expenses to clean up the sellers mess and Westridge came back with, we just have to take her clients to small claims court. So therefore, be aware of Westridge Realty. They’re unethical, unprofessional and down right disrespectful. Their main goal is their commission not excellent service or repeat business

We have dealt with a few realtors over the years. Non of them compared to the quality and professional care we received with Joanne Bonetti. She was a kind and thoughtful realtor. Had our best interests in mind. Realtors like her are few and far between. Would highly recommend her!

Very welcoming, right away!

We provide Andy with aerial/drone marketing for his listings. He is an amazing Realtor and a great person to work with.

Beautiful and Quiet. Rooms are clearly thought out and service is amazing!

Great people to work with!

This is the Best Real Estate Company I have worked with. The owner and managing broker provide the best support staff and associate would want.

Should be no stars. They booked an appointment and it was a no show. The lady at the desk was rude. Never returned my calls. And im pretty sure I was discriminated against in multiple ways.

Loren VanCorbach is by far the best real estate agent we have ever known. He has incredible attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and is extremely kind and personable. He is a true professional with a wealth of valuable experience to offer. We were continually impressed by his responsiveness, helpful insights and impressive follow through on questions we had throughout the process. It was great working with Loren and we would highly recommend him to all potential buyers and sellers. Loren, we will recommend you to all our family and friends and if we are ever in the market of buying or selling again, we will be sure to look you up. Thank you for selling our home for us, it was a pleasure working with you, Bob and Irma Kohlman
