We have just had installed a Hy-Grade roof on our house, and we are highly satisfied with the quality of the materials, the installation, as well as the look. From the get-go Hy-Grade was easy to contact, returned calls very quickly, and our estimator/salesman answered all questions politely and knowledgeably (and he was even present helping on the first day of installation). Our installers worked very efficiently, spent all the time required to shim our roof, and completed the work in a timely and organized fashion. I must say, so far (it's been a few days only) four neighbours have complemented us on our roof, and we are more than pleased with the aesthetics. Our roof does not 'stand out' as a metal roof, but rather has similar lines and pattern to a standard shingled roof. I feel reassured with the warranty, and am so relieved that we no longer have to 'reassess' our shingles after every difficult winter, and continually count down the remaining years until, once again, the shingles must be replaced. From a simple mathematical point of view, alone, this roof is going to save me a lot of money over the long-term, as well as improve the value of my investment in this house. I recommend this company, this product, and the installers; it is nice to know that there are still companies out there that care about the satisfaction of their clients!

We had a small part of porch overhang done in 2014 and we very "HAPPY" with the results.Will call then for a new roof soon.

Called to request a quote for a new roof, left a voice mail. No one bothered to even return my call. Very unprofessional! We chose D'Angelo & Sons Roofing, they were very professional, offered great Customer Service, Immediately/same day they came to temporarily patch at no charge to me, gave us a quote and a rapid date to replace the entire roof. Wow! Great Service, Low Rates, and a warranty, why bother with the amateurs?

Whatever you do, do not use this company!! They did shotty work and we found out after gutting our kitchen the mess they left under the shingles. They ignored our calls and emails for 3 months until we filled a BBB claim against them. After promising to return mid June 2017 the BBB closed the file, and you guessed it; they never showed up. After almost 7K for a roof we now are at risk of leaking into our brand new kitchen and Richard of Desi roofing and his team show no professionalism or ethics. Avoid this company.

We had eavestroughs replaced, and because we were happy with the work, had siding installed a year later. The people we dealt with were professional, courteous and helpful with suggestions and providing samples. The installers did a great job and cleaned up well upon completion. We are quite pleased with the results.

From start to finish, I had an amazing experience with this company. A roof is a huge investment in your home. I am truly thrilled with my new roof. My job only took 2 days. The crew was exceptional. They explained every step. They even were cautious around my kids and my small dog. I would 100 % recommend this company.

Outstanding workmanship, quality product (GAF fiberglass shingles), and most important, a great crew and supervisors. In and out in one day, they left a clean property, and were back to correct 1 minor issue same day. I'd use them again, but, unlikely to outlive the 50 year warranty.
