Don't hire him let alone work for him. He's a terrible businessman and employer. He will not complete a job past the 50% mark. He will not properly pay his workers. He will call you names to your face.
Hes been fired from his last 2 jobsites due to incompetence. Hires guys who know what their doing then doesn't pay them. Makes excuses for not paying including how customer is supposed to pay the employee.
Is there something positive: Yes... I'M POSITIVE I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT LOUIE O SUTERSKI

Monty was prompt in calling me back after leaving a message that I needed work done on our property in Kingston for our daughter attending Queens. He inspected the property the next day and gave us estimate. We asked if the work could be done before our daughter returned to school so we could do repairs to a ceiling that had water damage. He couldn't promise for sure that he would but within a week and a half from my initial call the work was completed at the price quoted which was very reasonable. Thanks again Monty, you went over and above.

Worst roofing company out there. The owner's name is Rick and he pays his employees under the table with no benefits or overtime hours if you want your roof done by a drunk and drug addict call R&R Roofing.
