I was in the St.Catharines store with my daughter shopping....we walked in and started to shop gathering clothes to try on.. no one asked us if we needed help or a change room.. my daughter had to ask for one...the 2 employees were chatting behind the counter.. my daughter tried on a bunch of stuff.... the one girl came over after awhile and asked how things were going...but only after I had to get my daughter different sizes in multiple items ...multiple times...we both made purchases but only because we need summer stuff for a trip....the staff here needs serious training on customer service....they do nothing but chat to each other...

Dotsy's Costumes
111 Ross St, Saint Thomas, Ontario, N5R 3X8, Canada
I like doing there for the people and of course the supplies.
I picked up some star blends, first time trying them, love them.
Love that I can also order other items or have them put aside for when they come in.
That personal service is another reason to go to Dotsy's. They have more than costumes

First time getting a peircing here, and I am glad with the results. I got my septum done, and the experience was very good. My peircer was very professional and the peircing was fast and without a problem. If Your ever in port Elgin I would recommend there parlour.

Just booked my 7th tattoo with Katrina! Her work is outstanding. I get many compliments on my tattoos and look forward to the upcoming portrait session. I am proud to refer her to friends and complete strangers as I know she will not disappoint. The shop is very clean, tasteful and extremely professional. If you are considering art work on your body or special pieces check her out! You might have to wait, but it's most definitely worth it!
