Everytime I go to Jonzie I get great customer service and fantastic advise....I have gone to other people but this man always cleans the mess so he is the only man I will see for my amazing art work....Very professional

A fantastic experience.... Rossie is caring and very attentive. I felt comfortable and relaxed through the whole piercing. I would highly recommend Rossie and Eighth Empire tattoo Studio to anyone interested in a quality job.

Great experience being tattooed by John I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality old school work.

Excellent work

Tj is a great tattoo artist. Go check it out love my work done there .

Amazing artists and fair prices. Tom fixed a mess of a tattoo I had from a bad shop a couple years ago. Now I can show it off confidently. My go to shop now!

Had a piercing done there today! They were super nice and made me and my friend feel comfortable and welcome. Loved the experience and I will definitely be going there for any other piercings or jewelry!

I LOVE GRIM CITY! A few years ago, I got my first tattoo at a different location and it was the most horrifying experience ever. But once I started to come to Grim City.. Well, now I'm a regular customer! The staff are wonderful and incredibly kind. They are very educated in what they are doing, (tattoo's, piercings, etc.) They also take the time to sit down with you and listen to your concerns, and do not make you feel like a nuisance for doing so. Thank you Dijah who did a fantastic job of keeping me comfortable and doing my tattoo! :)

I got my conch pierced by Zoe on a Friday night, no appointment. On a Friday night I called at least 6 other shops in Hamilton and all their piercers had gone home already. Zoë stayed after the shop had closed to do my piercing. Loved this shop, loved the people, great price, will be coming again and recommending to others ♥️
