I’ve been getting my tattoos there for 4 years straight. I have a whole chest piece from shoulder to shoulder and a full sleeve done. The most comforting place in terms of actually comfort ability as well as skill level by far. Lines are clean, contrasts are amazing, and the art work speaks for itself. Highly recommend this tattoo shop. The artists are extremely talented and the owner Phillip brings many years of experience and expertise. You can definitely put your trust in the quality of work that goes into your ink.

You will west your time and money on this fake course. Very very bad experience! I don't wana even write what happen because it is like a horrible experience and it will change my mood for today ! Just a brief advice first go and see their work and then decide ! You won't go there if they really show you their real work and classes.

I am 13 years old and I have just gotten back home from piercing my Cartilage (Helix) at Xtremities Tattoo and Piercing parlour, and I felt the need to tell you about my AMAZING experience. Let me start from the very beginning. I have been wanting to get my Helix pierced for a very long time, but have been putting it off, watching too many YouTube videos, then rethinking the entire thing... but finally today, I decided to just go and not look back. Obviously before I went here I went to their website and read reviews about them. I was also highly recommended to go there. When I walked in with my mom, we were approached by a man named Conrad. Conrad was extremely knowledgeable, patient, comforting, funny, and professional. The first thing he told me before even introducing himself was, "All those YouTube videos that you watched last night... FORGET ABOUT THEM!". By saying this he made me feel extremely comfortable and he made me laugh. He is the complete opposite of what the Chacon sisters said! Overall, my piercing went well, the service was great, and I highly recommend Xtremities Tattoo and Piercing parlour (especially Conrad)!

I went in to get 4 piercings on my left cartilage. I was nervous at first, but Karen was very comforting. She took the time to mark where the piercings would be, and was patient when I wanted it adjusted. The piercing process was smooth, and faster than I expected. Best part was it turned out better than I ever imagined! Super happy with the placement. Thank you Karen!! And make sure you ask for Karen for your next piercing!

I had the pleasure of getting Karen to work with me on a chest/half sleeve piece. She was able to get it done in two sessions instead of the three as pre-planned. Over the course, Karen was informative and flexible with the design as we put on the stencil. The environment was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and relaxed. I was there for almost 6-7 hours each session and felt very comfortable. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and would recommend Chronic Ink to anyone who is looking for professional and high quality pieces done.

I’ve gotten MANY piercings before, and never have I been as disappointed as I am after my experience at this store at the Malvern Town Centre location. I was told when I called in that they’ve had over 16 years of experience, yet BOTH my piercings are a mess. The inside of my lip is TORN due to the labret piercing.. it’s extremely painful, and I was pierced with the WRONG RING!! The stud the woman used on me is round and constantly jabbing into my wound, creating a bigger mess. My belly ring was not even pierced through my belly button.. it’s literally pierced through my stomach.. Right away, I was appalled by the results, but the woman forced me to pay.. she even asked for a tip for her awful work.. she promised to “redo” the piercing in a month.. A FULL MONTH.. my friends and mom, who’s a professional body piercer back in ottawa, are completely disgusted by the results. I called in to speak to the manager, and apparently the woman who pierced me claimed she herself is the manager.. when I once again mentioned her awful work, she told me she pierced it this way due to my “excess fat”. The sheer disrespect.. I weigh 125 pounds.. my BMI is normal.. Yeah, I may not be the lightest person on the planet, but I’ve seen bigger people get belly piercings and actually have it pierced where it’s meant to be. AGAIN, ID LIKE TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT ITS NOT PIERCED THROUGH MY BELLY BUTTON.. IT’S ON MY SKIN.. Also, BOTH PIERCINGS GOT INFECTED! I have NEVER had ANY piercing get infected before! I’ve gotten my cartilage, tragus, three anti cartilage piercings done at the same time, and many more, yet I have NEVER come out of it with an INSTANT INFECTION! I clean both my piercings 2-3 times a day, use mouth wash after every meal, etc. Yet the very first night I had the piercings they got infected.. NOT ONLY WAS I PIERCED BY THE WRONG STUD, BUT I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $50 TO HAVE IT CHANGED TO THE STUD THEY WERE ORIGINALLY MEANT TO PIERCE WITH.. AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME ON MY BELLY RING WHEN IT WAS NOT PIERCED ON MY BELLY TO BEGIN WITH.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD HOPE THAT YOU ALL SEE THIS REVIEW BEFORE EVER CONSIDERING SUBJECTING YOURSELVES TO THIS. IT IS NOT WORTH IT! PRICES ARE WAY OVERPRICED AND I TRULY DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THEM ARE LICENSED! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES THE PAIN AND MONEY AND GET IT DONE ELSEWHERE.

Some of the friendliest people I've ever met. I walked in with something that I clearly should have made an appointment for, but they were still beyond accommodating and got started on it right away for me! Judging by everything I saw them working on, as well as my own tattoo, its safe to say they can do anything over there !! Beyond recommended!

Best tattoo shop you will find in toronto, hnds down the ammount of work put out in each piece is incredible, doesn't matter what you throw at Hans, his tattoos don't scar and somehow heals reasonably fast without spending extra time on care afterwards. If you have any doubt, please make sure you visit his instagram or even go there in person and you'll be glad that you did, since a lot of work the work does doesn't get posted on social media you must visit the store to check what it's all about... All times I went there Hans was a great host and even offered me a drink after a long day of work... one time he even went out of his way to get me a cup of coffee haha...overall, just a great atmosphere and unforgetable exerience..also he can hold down a good conversation while doing what he does best. ..considering what type of work I needed to be done around work from two different artist, I can't believe how much it excelled my expectations. Thank you for the experience brother!!

Really Talented Artists, Honest & Down to Earth I was first recommended to check out Piranha Tattoo by a coworker who had gotten work done here. I decided to go check it out and immediately I knew it was the place i wanted to book to start my husband's sleeve. Both Daniel (shop owner/artist) and Ryan (Shop manager) were extremely helpful in answering my questions and didn't seem annoyed like most people who work in tattoo shops. Daniel is a gifted artist with an eye for 'the bigger picture' which is awesome when it comes to full sleeve work. He is great at offering experienced advice and design edits/alterations based on location and size of the piece. Ryan knows his stuff and is always in a good mood. Great at offering customer service, offering recommendations and giving the place a welcoming environment. No condescending vibes here, just an overall awesome experience.

I have nothing but great words for this place. The customer service is amazing, and there work is beyond anything. I will only get my work done here and anyone looking for a tattoo artist this is the first place I always mention. Keep up the great work, can't wait for my next one
