TriStar Mercedes-Benz Moncton
1200 Aviation Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 7P5, Canada
We recently purchased a vehicle from TriStar in Moncton and had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Yvan Laviolette. We were a cold call customer and had no previous dealings/referrals to go on so it was completely up to him to make an impression. We can say without question that he was not only a true gentleman, but he took the time to get to know our wants/needs/deal breakers and the purpose for the purchase in effort to help us make an informed decision. Our experience from start to finish was nothing short of textbook perfect in how a true customer service experience should be and I congratulate TriStar for snagging him as one of their representatives. Great experience from start to finish - Yvan has even checked in with us after the fact to see how things are going to ensure our contentment! Out of all the vehicles we've purchased over the years this was definitely our best experience and we wouldn't only recommend Yvan to others, we promise to be back. We would be remiss if we didn't also mention Andres Monterrosa who we also dealt with in the business office - completely professional but laid back and personable. Thanks guys for the experience.

Amazing service. Called in the morning after having a travel trailer tire blow out on way from Fundy to NS. They fit us right in and changed two tires within an hour, unlike a couple other places in the area i called that said two week to change a tire because they were too busy.
Service and price were great. Thanks again for getting us back on the road quickly!!
