I've been using a travel agent here for the last 6 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Or would I ever book a trip without her. She has always provided amazing and over the top service.

Brutal customer service. We had Marlin travel gift certificates. Once the agent found out there was no hope of a commission, we were treated poorly & we incurred a service charge. We ended up with full fair, off hour flights. We were told that these were the only seats available. When I got home, I checked the airline website. There where more convenient flight times for the same fair. The agent was just lazy or unable to do the job properly. If you have to use a travel agent, don't use this one.

Couple months ago, a Monday holiday, I stopped by Marlin travel of Southgate mall to check for price of a trip I was planning. An older lady was the only worker overthere and she was very rude. She didn't help me. I booked my trip from Marlin travel at south common later.

Easily the best Travel Agent I’ve dealt with. Very knowledgeable about travel destinations. I dealt with both Kris and Janine. Very laid back and do not pressure to book. They will help you find your perfect vacation. Highly recommended company.

Can't begin to explain how amazing my experience was. Had some major issues with the airline and pretty much gave up on any resolution. Travel guru then contacted me and asked how they can help. They quickly re-booked my flights and literally took all my stress away. This is the reason why I book with them and why I will always book with them.
