Travel Agency

Excellent service.

Called to speak to a travel agent about booking a flight for my grandmother (who was sitting next to me) and the travel agent demanded to speak to the person paying. I have booked numerous times with Voyages Transat and have never had a problem. From the moment she answered the phone she was rude, from the tone of her voice to her language. 1. She questioned us what travel agent we booked with before and told us "Why are you calling here? Why don't you call your travel agent?". At the end of the phone call we asked for her name, and she gave us the name of another agent. This demonstrates that she knew she was rude, and therefore wanted us to have the impression that she was someone else. 2.When I called back to speak to the manager she refused to give me the name and questioned me instead. Also, I speak both English and French and when I called the second time she responded to me in French and asked me why I was speaking English. I let her know that she was very impolite and after much hesitation she gave me the name of her directice. I am very disappointed in the service I received and I assure you I will not be booking with Voyages Transat again in Carrefour Laval.

Ok

Friendly and knowledgeable agents

I had a really bad experience with Cedar travel manager, Houneida. After many calls and after I asked her many questions before booking my father's trip to Lebanon and specifically asking her if we had to pay for the seat and Houneida telling us that we wouldn't pay for them, we were surrpised that indeed we had too. Mrs Huneida was very unprofessional, she was screaming at me at the phone and I had to close the call. I then called her again and instead of apologizing for her behaviour, she said that I wasn't well behaved and continued screaming. One of the worst customer service I have faced!

Excellent service and availablity. Always open by call!
