Terrible service. I tried for days to get ahold of the agent I was first assigned without luck but at least she emailed me back. The second agent booked us fine but has since not responded to my email questions. I shudder to think what may happen if we have a true emergency requiring their assistance. Do NOT use Prestige. Too late for us but I will never book through them again.

Charlene is awesome!!! We worked with Charlene Fuentes to plan a trip to Italy this summer. She was so knowledgable and helped our family plan our dream vacation. I would highly recommend Altour Las Vegas!! She can service clients all over the world by the way. Loved the personal service. Thank you Char!!!

Allegiant Travel Co

Had to book a last minute flight for my wife, an hour later she got a call her grandmother passed away. Had to cancel flight, Allegiant would not refund flight because it was less than 7 days before the flight. Escalated the issue and was still declined a refund due to a family death. Terrible experience, zero humanity from this organization.
