This company has taken our money for a ticket to Kenya and pocketed the money. My husband and his brothers family had to scramble for new tickets after already paying through this agency. They have not returned my calls all week, nor have they responded to my e-mail.
Do not use their service.
We will be filing a criminal report with the police department.
So disappointing. My husband and his family's trip to see family abroad has been ruined by the fraudulant activities of this company.

I needed help with a flight booking a minor and called this agency. The lady I spoke with was uninterested from the beginning and kept telling me I needed to call the airlines directly. She would verbally sigh and at one point told me she was not interested in helping me with this. I would not use this agency for any kind of travel assistance nor would I recommend them.
