Horrible experience. Over 1 hour sitting on th train they sell too many tickets for...first cone first serve should not be the way to sell seats. Engine problems and fresh painted seats which painted spots of red on our clothes and bottoms of our shoes. Refund received!! Don't waste your time take a walk on the pier and enjoy.

My feet are always cold when snowshoeing. I have tries a number of combinations of socks, boots, and liners. Nothing works for a day in the bush. After much research of many people more experienced than me I came upon Lure of the North on YouTube. I watched their videos and am convinced this is the solution. Dave answered all of my questions and the order arrived withing 3 days. You can't ask for anything more or better. The instructions are comprehensive and the videos take it one step further. I am looking forward to warm feet...for a change!

I had a wonderful experience at the Nature Center. I stopped there just to see if it would be worthwhile to take my grandsons. It is definitely worthy of a trip. I highly recommend going there so that the children can see various animals in their natural, albeit small, environment. Snacks, various turtles, bees, and frogs, to name a few. Please go if you can. You will not be disappointed.

Clean and mowed grassy area with educational plaques explaining the landscape and the history of the site.
Not overly big but still neat to see the leftover landscape of what once was, peacefully tucked away in amongst the trees.

We had the pleasure of visiting the historic downtown of Welland, where we discovered a beautiful collection of wall murals spread out all over town. A secret for sure but well worth discovering on a walking tour of the city. It would be well worth it for Welland to develop this gem with the hisory and maps of the murals which we got from the Chamber of Commerce who were quite surprised by our interest.. We suggest they check out Chemanous on Vancouver Island! Merci!
