If i can give a negative star, i would. We've purchased the haleakala sunrise and breakfast from expedia local expert at our hotel lobby 2 days ago. We were asked to come down at the hotel lobby at 2am and we've waited for more than 2 hrs for nothing, not to mention we ended our night early to prepare for this trip (no alcohol and tuck in bed by 8pm). First off, the brochure's phone # just kept ringing with no appropriate after hours answering message prompt to atleast tell you what to do during an after hour call. Secondly, their phone # on the expedia emails and receipt is a non-working phone #. So i went online, in dire need of a phone # to talk to live person to find out what happened and its all bunch of voicemail saying they are not available. I understand its 3-4 in the morning but if you are running a business that operates around this time, i think its only fair and logical for your customers to have customer support handy. This is definitely the worst travel tour company that i've dealt with.

Agents were awesome. Went early, about 9, and was done by 9:25. Efficient and very courteous; so nice to deal with such great agents. Went in to get some Japan Rail passes and it only took a short while. Will definitely be back next time.

I just call for information and who ever answer was very rude! They don't do international fligths!

Is one of the top travel agency with friendly services. They do take into consideration your price range, nd suggest what airline would better suit you.
