Travel Agency

Pretty disappointed that a supposedly "high-end" travel agency can't even manage to get back to me when I've contacted them repeatedly for various trips.

We used Travel Masters Vancouver earlier this year for the 1st time and were thrilled with both the high level of personal service and the excellent recommendations on hotels, activities and local highlights. We will use them again for sure and are happy to recommend them!

I was so lucky to have found this travel agency when searching online for deals for Four Seasons Resorts. Even though I'm located in Ontario, I dealt with Jessica Renshaw over email and the experience was first class. Her responses were prompt, helpful and professional. She made planning a last minute family trip to the Four Seasons In Disney World a stress-free process. Plus, the agency's status with the Four Seasons meant extra resort perks that were much appreciated. So was the tray of chocolates from the agency that were delivered upon our arrival as well as the follow-up from Jeasica to ensure our experience met our expectations. I will definitely book my next luxury vacation with Renshaw Travel!

Excellent service. The agent was very helpful in finding several last minute flights to Taipei for my family. Was also helpful in providing more information about traveling with my 8 month old son.

Bill does an excellent job! He went an extra mile, by helping us communicate with our Jamaican shuttle driver. Our plane had 3 delays in Toronto. Bill was ready to answer all my text and communicated with our transit driver to let him know we were running late. I felt that Bill service was still available even when we were traveling to our destination and at our destination too. He kept us in good communication while we're were still traveling! Bill is very professional and knowledgable. He gave us all kinds of information about Jamaica. He even sent me a list of things to buy and see. I would definitely use Bill's service again. Fantastic job Bill!!
