Vanessa Reid is the GREATEST at what she does. I have used here twice for my vacations and will continue use her services in the future! When I went to Cuba and Samana DR, she handled everything for us. She will make sure you get the best for your buck. She was very informative, any questions or concerns we had, she had the answers. Everything from the flight, hotel and transportation to the hotel went smoothly with no problems. We recently went to the Dominican and stayed at the El Portillo, the food was great the beach was beautiful and it was very relaxing. I WILL BE GOING BACK!!!! Vanessa thank you for recommending this resort! I will be contacting you soon for another vacation!! I recommend Vanessa Reid you will not go wrong at all!!! Que de souvenirs d'enfance au Parc ! J'ai fait découvrir à mon petit bout de chou de 2 ans cet endroit que j'affectionne particulièrement. Il a adoré sa journée! Ce est extraordinaire, les tunnels avec les lions (les préférés de mon fils) et le sentier avec les daims aussi. Personnellement, j'adore les ours! C'est le début d'une nouvelle tradition avec ma petite famille! :)

We love dealing with Angela at the Markham location. We have been using her for years. When my daughter got married and was planning a honeymoon I recommended Angela. My daughter asked why she needed to use a travel agent instead of booking online and my response was because Angela is extremely knowledgeable and will be able to make recommendations. They loved the place in Jamaica that Angela suggested. I leave next week on a trip to Cuba selecting the hotel based on Angela’s recommendation. We are also taking our entire family on a trip to Mexico. When deciding which location our daughter said that we should have Angela help us right from the start. She takes the guess work out of everything and always has our best interest in mind. We deal primarily on the phone and have only once gone into the office as I wanted to thank her. She is extremly profession and we are so fortunate to have found her. Looking forward to many more trips.

Barbara Hockin is the best consultant we ever had the pleasure of booking with! While me and my sisters knew we wanted to give our parents a cruise trip for their 25th anniversary, we knew nothing about cruising! Luckily we got in touch with Barbara and she helped us with EVERY tiny detail possible. The trip was quite extensive and complicated but Barbara was ever patient with all of our question and super helpful and honest! For first time cruisers my parents were able to confidently go and enjoy their trip and they had an amazing time, they're totally hooked! If it wasn't for Barbara I know the trip would not have been the major success it was so I totally recommend her to any cruisers who are looking for some guidance and expert advice!
