I booked a trip to Cuba through Collin Tours April 2010. I was very unhappy with the service and the professionalism. They are very pleasant while they are taking your money, but if you book with this company and have any issues they will do an about face and avoid you, not take your calls, and be extremely rude and unhelpful when you finally show up and they can no longer avoid you. Do yourself a favor and book with someone else.
