The original suite we stayed in had an issue with the water not draining fast enough while showering. The front desk quickly addressed the issue by relocating us to another room. Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect as you're next to the parliament buildings, a short walk will get you to the CF Rideau Centre and the Byward Market. Lots of bars nearby. Perfect for families and couples.

Belle place

I had a great experience with Jennifer and Starloft. I needed a revision of my head shots. She made me feel extremely comfortable during the shoot. She had me prepared with outfits and colors ahead of time for the shoot, so I wasn't rushing around or wondering what would work or not work. Once we were completed, she was able to go through my photos, get them to me, review and touch them up in less than a week. It was fast and efficient. I'd recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to update their marketing with terrific visual opportunities (photography or video).

Fairytale Productions really went above and beyond for us and our wedding. They called me quickly after requesting more information and answered all my questions. We felt like we were getting a great deal. For everything included, the other photo booth services we looked at didn't even come close. We were able to complete forms online, which made life simple since we live in California and were planning a wedding to happen in Toledo, OH. On wedding day, they were already set up and ready for our guests at cocktail hour and throughout the evening. There was a large selection of props and the booth was a huge hit with our guests. We loved the memory book made for us with a print from every picture taken that night. We would definitely use Fairytale Productions again and look into the other services they offer as well.
