Wedding Hall

This is a great place to stay in LP - Everyone e is nice, the people are professional, and it runs smoothly. Bar is nice, drinks are great. I can't say much about the food one way or another - we typically go elsewhere for that.

Really nice hotel with lots of different options to stay. 3 different pools, waterfront area for swimming and boating. Yummy onsite restaurant. Convenient parking. Great location to walk to anything in town. Staff were really friendly and very accommodating. We are already planning our return visit!

This is the 4th time we have stayed here and we have always been pleased. Despite a hiccup, they were incredibly apologetic and made things right. Their staff has been amazing and incredibly friendly. The rooms are large enough for our needs and we love that all room have a view of the lake. We will continue to stay at the Lake House.

Intimate venue for live acts

Was recently a photographer for a wedding at this venue! It was absolutely gorgeous and I hope to work here again. The staff was great and amazingly helpful the entire time. Great food too.

I went there for a wedding, beautiful location. Didn't stay for the night, but seemed pretty great.

Beautiful grounds, great photo ops. Building is good for a small reception. Staff very good.

J'adore set androit

I had my wedding there in Sept. 2017. The venue is beautiful and the food is amazing!! All my guests agreed! However, in dealing with Guy I sometimes found him abrasive and insulting - so put on your thick skin when dealing with him! In the end, he will try to accommodate you. The staff who took care of me that day of were great! I would say there is poor ventilation in that place though! It was so hot, and apparently they had the air conditioning blasting but it was not enough for us to feel a difference. They said it was because it was too hot outside. I agreed that Sept. 2017 was unusually hot and humid. But I just wonder what they do in July and August every single year??? Just something for brides to consider - we were dripping sweat eating and dancing! Also, we had our wedding on the first floor and were the only ones there that day, which was a blessing! They said they had a hard time managing my wedding of 67 people, so I don't know how they do it with 2 weddings, especially when the second floor room fits 110-140 people! But overall, I still recommend that place!

Charlotte patiently helped us through every step in the process and was happy to follow our very personalized wedding ceremony. It was so nice to have a ceremony that reflected our values! She was charming and the guests loved her!

Wow. Can't believe it was built by the state. Catered affair was exquisite.
