We have gotten our Christmas tree here every year since we moved up here in 2013. Prices are great and you can't beat the selection of their little Forest LOL

This lodge is shut down

Location is great and in the mountains. The entrance is a quick turn off the highway into their drive. The rooms on the first floor only have a view of brush but are clean, simple and you won't be spending much time in it anyway. The restaurant is fine dining and really good. High quality food and service. It backs out to a view of the mountains. Good place to walk around and take it all in.

This site was a godsend for my family at the end of a very long travelling day. My father thankfully noticed it from the road while driving when my family was headed to the next town to stay in the dreaded 'Walmart parking lot' for the night. Although skirting a parking lot the site was clean and charming complete with a babbling brooke and wildflowers at the back of the lots. The cost of 25$ per night was well worth it because the site is equipped with power, sani dump, water and garbage facilities. I wouldn't recommend staying more than a couple nights however I am greatful that I can still say "we haven't had to sleep outside of a Walmart to date".

I couldn’t have picked a better place to get married. Shannon is so wonderful, helping me plan the most important day of my life and making it run so incredibly smooth. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue, caterer, wedding planner, all wrapped into one!!

Very dissapointed in this branch. I have been to multiple legions in the past and had nothing but welcoming staff and members. Unfortunately, I did not get the same welcoming at this legion. Although the bartender was friendly, the members were the opposite. As my partner and I tried to become members of this establishment, the bartender had a quick conversation with other members in the lounge area, one of which said "send those young ladies away". Not only did this make us feel super uncomfortable, it just didn't make much sense. Having the support of young individuals is what legions are in dire need of in order to allow the continuance of opporating these facilities. Without this support, the programs and services set up for veterans, RCMP and the military will diminish due to the age of majority of the members that are accepted at these branches. The fact that we were "politely" asked to come back another time to fill out an application is disheartening and unwelcoming. I strongly advise that legions of any branch begin to welcome the youth who are interested in supporting these programs and services for vets etc in order to persevere in the future.

Locally owned. They have comfortable, restraunt style seating as well as normal seating. Great coffee bar, Excellent prices and the most friendly service at any theatre. Make this place a must go for date night, or with the kids.

Gorgeous Archdiocese

I was fortunate enough to have my grandfather's wake here . Great atmosphere . They had glass cases with a few of my family's uniforms . Just great.
