Wedding Hall

Great experience with a friendly staff. As of July 20th the hotel is under going construction but that has not interrupted the daily functions of the hotel. The restaurant has a wonderful view that looks out into a forest it seems with how densely populated the trees are out side. You feel as though your in the woods. Also if you can't a chance to see the polar bear let him know that I'm ready for round 2!

Clean, spacious and quiet place. Really enjoyed my stay. Everything provided in the room and washroom was of exceptional quality.

Great hall for smaller events. Price is awesome but have to consider the distance from town when planning an event. Road is paved now.

It is a fairly New fire Station and is well maintained and has great fire fighters who care about our community

If you can get the guided tour with the actors, it's wonderful! Haney is great by itself but the little nuggets of info the guides throw in while in character, is enchanting.

Paulina did our maternity and newborn photographs and I am still stunned each time I look at them. I have NEVER been comfortable in front of a camera, and usually passionately dislike photos of myself. Paulina was able to put us at our ease, and so the photos she took captured moments which, when I look at them, feel not only beautiful but also intensely real. She is able to capture the in-between moments: the fleeting glance, an involuntary laugh... the places where the heart of the people she is photographing comes through. Even in freezing temperatures in the side of a river in knee-deep snow and ice, Paulina is game to try anything and as a result, the photos she captured don't feel like your typical, run-of-the-mill maternity photos. The newborn photos feel intimate, and the details she so beautifully captured - from the curl of our son's hair to the expression on his dad's face as he talks to him - are more than I could have even hoped for (even if I had known the details I wanted photographed!). We now have these fleeting moments - that are already starting to fade in the exhaustion-induced haze of early parenthood - to look back on in rich detail.

Nice place for an event

Wonderful Photographer. I can't express how amazing it was to work with Renee and how perfect our photos have turned out. Not only does she make working with her a breeze (especially for people not comfortable in front of a camera) but the memories she has captured for us are fantastic. It is hard to put into words how happy we are with our photos (engagement and wedding). Renee truly made special moments in our lives even more special by capturing every element.

A wonderful organisation! Everyone is so welcoming, accommodating and helpful! It was the perfect space to host my wedding.
