I enjoyed this very pleasent restaurant by the beautiful Lake St Clair. Food was excellent and so were the staff.

Had my brunch wedding there Saturday Aug 4. The venue was magnificent and the view was beautiful. The on site wedding coordinator was so friendly and helpful. And the food was out of this world. BTW the french toast and chicken florentine was to die for. I would definitely recommend this venue for all occasions.

Sara did a wonderful job decorating our venue at Maple City Golf and Country Club. Her patience was very much appreciated as we changed our minds it seemed frequently throughout the planning phases. Her finished product was just what we ordered... thank you for making our family wedding "The best day ever"!!'

Super quaint. We were very well accommodated and served a delicious lunch featuring duck quesadillas.

Good event venue. We use it for hosting public talks and information sessions.

The staff there we're very polite very informative we did not have an appointment or anything and he took a lot of time to explain all of the option to us and he showed us all three banquet rooms even though there was going to be weddings at night we got to take a peek inside he showed us the outside ceremony area as well as the little room inside for the bride to get ready. He went over all of the menu options the liquor options when I left I felt like I had a total understanding of exactly how much everything was going to cost me.

Did not stay overnight but was there in attendance to an event being held in the conference side of the hotel. Event hall was nice and bathrooms were clean. Reception desk was friendly and accommodating to requests. Had to walk from event hall to 2nd floor boardroom and found the stairwell to smell strongly of smoke. Otherwise was a nice place to hold an event.

We loved everything about it!! Our guests kept coming to us telling us it was the nicest wedding they’ve ever been too and everything was so beautiful! Keep in mind we had minimal decor!! The venue is gorgeous in itself! We had a blast!!

We purchased flowers for the wedding party from Terri due to its proximity to Bella Brooke Vineyards and the good reviews Happily Ever After received from others. When I walked in, the day of the wedding, and saw the expression on the bride-to-be's face and turned to see the flowers, I wanted to cry. The bride's bouquet looked the size of what a bridesmaid would carry, and the bouquets to be carried by the bridesmaids consisted of a few flowers. The flowers you can purchase in any grocery store are more attractive and a lot less than $700. I should have gone with my "gut" and purchased the flowers from Emily's in Gouverneur, who always does a spectacular job, but thought the vineyard might be a bit out of her delivery range.
