BUYER BEWARE!! I dealt with Bob and his son Ryan. I purchased a certified vehicle from them. They lied about many aspects of the vehicle in the ad to make the sale more appealing and gave me the run around on more than one occasion. I drove 5 hours to see the vehicle. Once they had the money in their hands, all the promises made with the sale were not kept (including sending me the safety certificate). Furthermore they ignored all my texts to rectify the situation. I can only think that if they are like this in everyday life that they would be no different in their business life. BUYER BEWARE!!

Excellent service, no pressure sales tactics. Appreciated the honesty and the crew were extremely efficient and friendly! Had a few of my window glass replaced, and looking to possibly have my front door replaced. Highly recommend them! Thanks, Sam!

Very professional gentlemen with a great work ethic! Does a tremendous job, and i have brought over 4 cars to this gentlemen, and he never disappoints! I highly recommend him

Scheduled an appointment and never showed up. Wasted 1/2 day off work and rescheduled. The salesman was friendly but the quotes was way more expensive than the other two quotes.

Have had 2 windshields replaced by RJ’s. One just recently. Very friendly service. Replaced it in less than an hour and did a great job. Would recommend to anyone.

When shopping around for various windows and doors I wasn't really sure what to look for and was unaware of the differences between window companies in Ottawa. After being quoted from a variety of companies I wondered why Scheel was more expensive. Upon calling to inquire on pricing I was explained an array of differences between product quality and manufacturing processes that distinguish this product from others on the market. My husband and I decided to invest in our home and went with the higher quality products that Scheel has to offer. Excellent service, installation and products. Couldn't recommend them enough!
