Great install work, I can not fault the installers. They know their stuff and were excellent to deal with! However customer service is lacking on the administrative end. It took longer that it should have to order my windows. All communication except for the install date was initiated by me. They we're short staffed but I think a phone call could have been managed in the months leading up to my install.

Great service all around. Staff was very personable with respect to the consult and the installation was flawless. A very positive experience.

Knowledgeable, nice staff. Very efficient and relaxed place. I had my issues solved about 10x as fast as at one of the Big Box stores, and it didn't even cost any more. Good place to go if you have old windows that need glass replaced or if you're looking for storm windows, etc. I have 100 year old house I'm renovating, and this was the only place that (a) knew what my challenges were and (b) could fix them. I've tried everywhere.

I"m very happy with the service I received from MJM Contracting. Matt was great to deal with. He returned my call right away, soon after my siding was fixed. Excellent quality of work. I highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Exterior Finishing. Rather than bore you with all the details, I will say that their communication (or lack of it) is appalling. We called them to fix a specific problem. They did work that didn't fix it, nor did it even improve it slightly. When we expressed concern, we were told that they'd be sending us to collections (even though the invoice was less than a week old at this point). We explained that we were not trying to get out of payment, but wanted to pay for the work we asked for and wanted to resolve the issue. It was more than a month of us repeatedly calling them, trying to resolve the issue, when they said they would just come back and remove the work done. A week later, we got a call saying the owner refused to remove it/fix it, and we just had to pay up. It wasn't a large amount and we are tired of dealing with the issue, so we'll pay but we're extremely unhappy and will make sure to explicitly not recommend them to anyone in our neighbourhood.
