I normally don't write reviews, but this company really deserves my review because of its superior customer service. Pauline and Paul provided excellent customer service. I had an issue with one of my orders, and we worked together to resolve the problem. They were very understanding and fair. They offered high quality brand name products for a reasonable price. I am very happy with their service and products, and I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Horrible company my window cracked a couple months after installation. out of 28 windows that were installled one cracked because it wasn’t installed properly, causing it to crack when the weather changed and now they won’t fix it.

Horrible company, so quick to scam. Doors are of poor quality. Save your money and go to Home Depot. Their salesperson John is a crook.

Pricing was on point or at least I thought, it is true you get what you pay for. The first day of install went relatively well, the second visit I guess the "B" team showed up, from dumpster diving for material to face frame my bay window and actually used MDF they found in my dumpster on exterior. About 7 months later I noticed water coming in the bay window sill, explained my concerns and why I felt it was leaking, the original install crew came by and took off the aluminum to expose the underneath, and yes to no surprise it was mouldy and wet and definitely the reason waster was coming inside my home. They agreed it was a poor install and fixed it, problem is damage already done and they in face should of ripped out the entire window and replaced it. I'd never ever recommend these people to anyone, paying professionals to do a professional job is all I expected, I was let down.

Jay came out from Anderson to have a look at what he was dealing with. He was prompt, we took a walk around the outside of the house, counted the windows and priced accordingly to the style of window. Jay gave me a rough price right off the bat to get an understanding of what expectations were. I told him immediately after hearing the quote of $29K(mind you it was a lot of windows) that it was way to much. The home is a rental property. Anyways, even after I had decisively told him I wasn't going to be making a $29K purchase, he still stayed and introduced me to A LOT of unknown knowledge. It was pretty eye opening actually, he's a great representative and doesn't b/s. Great resource. Thanks Jay.

Great experience! Friendly and courteous staff in the front office and the technicians really know their stuff. I have a 1979 Corvette and they knew exactly how to treat her special needs.

I installed the front and back door plus 1 window at the front. The staff came and did that within one day. it was a perfect installation with a reasonable price.

Very happy with our windows and doors. Lilly and the office staff are a pleasure to work with. Tony and the crews are professional and our installation was seamless. Would recommend them if you are looking to replace your windows and doors in your home.

Their workmen were very skilled and finished the job in three hours where we thought it would take them the whole day. There really is no replacement for experience. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
