Good - courtesy drive, nice assistant manager on the front. Bad - some technician is very rude. One guy simply said I broke my windshield when I changed the wiper blade therefore warranty won't work, without any explanation. He didn't offer eye contact when talk to you!

PROS: I'm going to 100% honest here. They make a quality product for a price that's okay at best. I didn't mind paying a few hundred for a piece of glass because it was something I needed. No issues with pricing really and no issues with quality of their product. Not in my personal experience anyway.
