I work at a dealership in Edmonton and had some issues regarding a tape job we did here. Customer was unable to come to Edmonton for repairs. We made arrangements for repairs with Steve in Saskatoon. He gave us a quote we were happy with and authorized the work. What a surprise when we received the bill and it was less than quoted. Steve told me that he didn't need to do as much work as we thought so he made an adjustment in our favour. He could have charged us the original quote and we would not have disputed.
