Very good service, good prices and very efficient. I'm very impressed and will swear by this place for any windshield repair or replacement I may need in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After consulting with hunter Douglas dealers In Edmonton we discovered that we were heavily over charged for our blinds. Not to mention the fact that the girls at olive and birch failed to mention that their Installer had a full time job and it could be weeks upon weeks for the blinds to be installed after they have arrived. There was zero communication from them. We waited over 4 weeks from the time our blinds arrived for them to be installed. In fact we had to phone them to see if the blinds had even arrived. The girls were nothing but defensive and rude. Poor business practice and I would never purchase anything from them or recommend them to anyone!

I have used Windsor for both business and personal needs. The service here is second to none! The pricing is excellent, and the quality is top notch. I always compare but I always end up here. Make sure you check them out!

Beautiful show room with great staff

Dawn altered a dress that I purchased from Dawn Interiors the day I bought it. It was a difficult material to work with, but Dawn did a fantastic job. I frequent Dawn's store. She is kind, helpful and has a real eye for things that work together.

TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOT THEM TO SHOW UP FOR A JOB AND THEIR FIX DID NOT END UP FIXING THE PROBLEM. NO BIG DEAL...CALL AND GET THEM BACK TO CORRECT IT. NOPE!! THEY ANSWERED EVERY CALL. SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE THAT DAY TO FINISH AND TWICE NEVER SHOWED UP. LOTS OF EXCUSES ON WHY THEY NEVER CAME. I CALLED J.W. GARAGE DOORS THE NEXT MORNING AND HE WAS THERE THAT EVENING AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. 20 MINS. DONE. CHOOSE YOUR DOOR SERVICE WISELY :)

Best Service I have ever had!.. Not only did I get my windshield replaced but they washed my car inside and out, polished my foggy headlights so that I can see clearly now and touched up chips on my car----ALL FOR FREE! Not to mention the friendly staff, I would highly recommend them.

Not helpful at all. Just needed some parts for a old window and they want to sell me all new windows. The lady in the front says they won't waste their time working on old inefficient windows. 24 windows in the house that all open great, one needs an opener and they will only sell me new windows. That's ridiculous.
