, we returned thwemissized door just as he was closing for two weeks holiday. He got back and it has been a real challenge. Monday it will be done, friday, tuesday! It never gets done. And now he said he wants to chargeus more whenever he gets it done! Horrible attitude , horrible service. servuce. He buillta door for us that was too big, even thougfh he gad the old frame. Never built a new door , window or lock panel as promised but tried salvaging the old pieces,

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a wide selection of classes, but not only stained glass; fused glass classes and supplies are also available. It's great that classes can provide some training or guidance, and a space for those who do not have the room for a setup at home. Kilns available for rental without participating in a class if one wants to create a fused-glass project at home and bring it in to be fired. Good variety of glass available.

Had a few hiccups but service is over the top. Well managed, very friendly staff

Used them recently to fix my front door to my home, booked a appointment, had a friend come take the door in, back within 3 hours. The door looks great, fits perfect, matches the old frame to a tee. I would highly recommend them! Thanks!

Apple Auto Glass fixed our windshield, same day, during the holidays. I was thrilled that it was fixed so quickly and they billed ICBC on our behalf!

The shop was hands down... awesome! I went to the Seymour location in downtown and needed a rock chip repair down on an expedited basis. The rock hit was in the center of my windshield and was about the size of a loonie. I had gone all winter without any real rock hits. Then a few days ago, boom! I wanted to preserve my windshield and there was real concern on my part about the extreme temperature changes that were occurring daily (along with my AC) causing a fracture in the glass. The team at Speedy acknowledged my concerns and squeezed me right away even though it was the end of the day. I can honestly say, I cannot even notice the rock hit now. Amazing since it was a crater hit. Hats off to these guys. When it comes time to have the replacement done or any other future glass work, these guys are getting all my business.
