Had Traditional Sash Windows.co.uk install 6 Box Sash Windows in August and I can honestly say I'm very pleased with their performance! Noise pollution has decreased vastly since having the double glazed units fitted and my home has been notibly warmer for cheaper throughout Winter so far, not to mention the Windows look beautiful spray finished in white with polished chrome furniture. The craftsmanship gone into these features of my home are second to none! And the team were very professional in carrying out their work limiting disturbance to the household! From start to finish Generation Windows were professional and offered excellent service. The loft conversation required windows and doors with non standard shapes, and difficult angles. Generation Windows were creative, came up with great ideas, and then delivered against these difficult designs. Highly recommend the company, project management and installation team !

Without prejudice Laura Martin /Cartwright I feel strongly I need to address this post made by the above named. I joel Mcphillips took a call from Laura who explained she was a tenant of a property . Laura said that she had a handle fault on French doors . I would like to advise that Laura Martin/Cartwright was not a customer of Dolphin Windows, Dolphin Windows did not and have not ever installed any products for Laura Martin/Cartwright or her Landlord however I did try to help her and asked her to send over a picture of the faulty handle to see if I could source one for her. Laura sent over a picture and I contacted various suppliers to see if anyone could supply this handle. Unfortunately I was unable to get the handle as it was an old handle and they do not supply these any more. Laura rang me back as by this time the handle had now snapped. I advised Laura that the only thing that I could do was to come out and screw the door shut. Laura then advised me that she would inform the Landlord with regards to the broken handle and that I was prepared to screw the door shut. I advised Laura that the Landlord would have to replace the door as was a security hazard. At no time did I try to sell anyone a door, all I was doing was advising of what could be done st that stage. The obvious solution would of been for Laura’s Landlord to contact the company that installed his/her windows as all reputable Double Glazing Companies supply a insurance backed guarantee. I feel that Laura’s comments with regards to Dolphin Windows read as if we had installed the windows and that she was a customer which is not true. All I was doing was trying to help and st the end of the conversation with Laura she thanked me very much for my help. As you can imagine I was shocked by the comments that Laura posted and would like to put the record straight.

Wall2Wall has transformed our house with our new sash windows and front door. They were recommended to us and we'd seen the quality of work on a nearby house. Mindaugas ensured everything was installed with immaculate attention to detail. We were happy to leave his team working in our house and they kept disruption to a minimum. It's an expensive project but in comparison to other quotes Wall2Wall were very reasonable – especially when you see the workmanship that has gone into restoring our wonky Victorian home. We're very happy with the work and can highly recommend Wall2Wall.
