Not only is Rusco's product top of the line, their customer service is unparalleled. I've worked many years in the nuclear industry and have dealt with trades people from every walk. I've never worked with more professional trades people than Josh and Paul who installed our widows. The original construction grade widows were poorly installed, lines misaligned and trim depths completely inconsistent. Josh and Paul corrected all the original mistakes and were not happy until they had achieved perfection. Not only are they master craftsmen, they couldn't have been more polite and courteous throughout the four days they were at our home. Well done Rusco! Thank you!

Last year (2017) Nathen tinted my windows in my Honda Civic. I was so impressed with his knowledge and work, I asked him to tint my windows in my 2016 Corvette. Nathen is like a white unicorn, a rare person who still CARES about the quality of work he does. All I can say, is, I feel sorry for your competition!!! Thanks Nathen Rob A

Great honest Company I will certainly recommend . My door was installed when I was told it would be. Very courteous Guys and perfectionists. They cleaned up as they went along. Frank (the owner) even went as far as going with me to pick out the door handle. They did a phenomenal job and I am so pleased. Thanks Guys, you did a fabulous job !!

I called and asked if he had a windshield to fit my car he answered with that's one of those stationwagon things and yes he was pretty sure he had one IN STOCK I asked him two more times if he had the right one he assured me he did. I set up an appointment to go there and he would drop me at the casino for TWO hours . In about two hours i get a call he has a problem, my windshield is out and the one he ORDERED IN ? isn't right it had no heater in it ,and it not his fault they sent him the wrong one. , so with on options i said put it in anyway.he took 20.00 of the price. He took 4 1/2 HOURS to do it, I get it back and it has tape around the windshield hes says to leave it on for two days as I'm driving home home a big piece of rubber blows off the roof into traffic i suspect it was old rubber he cut off and forgot it on the roof. and the floor and passenger seat and covered in rubber shaving. After the two days only half the tape came off that was around the windshield . I'm missing my heated windshield every time I'm chipping my wipers out of the pockets of ice i curse that place.P/s it might be a good idea to open the box and check the one going in before you take the old one out.

Often have rare item that no big stores would carry

Took my rental here to get a stone chip looked at with a tight time frame, these guys determined it needed a new windshield and had it fixed within 2 days! Always great service, recommend people go there not only for the fantastic service but for the great pricing too!!

First time dealing with these guys, great service, prompt & courteous. I would send people there without hesitation.
