Good variety of the product and excellent customer service

There's no doubt they have great windows... But I keep shopping there because of the outstanding post-sale service!

Bill replaced two windows over a year ago, this past weekend with all the rain, had a leak, he answered his phone on a Sunday, was out to my house the very next day. Thankfully it was not the window, it was mortar missing on a brick - which he promptly caulked for me until we could get it repaired. He is great to work with, would recommend him to all.

I had sent Shark Custom some custom printed wrap panels for our client. Dylan got the job done that week, sent me photos, the job looked seamless. The contractor who built our garage had contracted with Regal Doors to install the garage doors and the motor to open them. We had bought the motors at Canadian Tire and both ended up being defective, they needed to be replaced. Regal Doors were slow to respond to our call for help and slow with their follow through, so we reached out to Anderson & Ross. They returned the call immediately upon opening the next day and within an hour and a half they had a technician here. He quickly and professionally replaced the motors with better units and took the time to walk my mom through the keypad and functions. I was impressed with their customer service and timely response.

Called on a Saturday, guy on the phone was trying to help but I was grumpy not being able to find what I was looking for at the Home Depot. After hanging up the gentleman called me back to explain he had other options for my situation. He then explained what I needed and how to do it. Plus the pricing was better. I recommend skipping the depot and just seeing the professionals who know and who sell a superior product!

My wife and I have owned three different houses and have done major renovations of each. Every time we insist on only ordering windows from Seymour Windows. In our last house we replaced a garden door, a front door with sidelights, a patio door and 11 windows. They look and function beyond our expectations and the best part is we are supporting a local manufacturer. They know the North because the owner and employees live in the North!
