Owner is very knowledgeable. Made some good recommendations for our wedding wine (we ordered 4 batches - 120 bottles). Open and honest guy, not looking to up-sell or make extra cash off of you. Will re-review once we get wine feedback from the guests!

A proper cottage winery/ cidery and meadery (?) - beautiful rural setting and cosy tasting room. We were there on a quiet Sunday and spent some time lingering over a few generous ( and free!) pours of their wines and ciders. An interesting range with reds from a Marachal Foch blend, a dry dry Riesling, a semi sweet rosé and then the ciders ( try the Impeared (sic) Pear cider!) and a unique honey mead wine using Norfolk county honey. Lovely black lab to greet you too! Enjoyed this place very much.

The best place there is to get great home brewed beer . Lots of choices and top quality beer and great staff.

This is the first time I ever ventured into winemaking like this and I’m really pleased I ended up at Vitner’s Cellar here in Peterborough. I did look into other places in Peterborough as well to get an idea of what I wanted. Camiel Duwyn (owner) couldn’t have been more helpful or informative. He’s pretty engaging and answered all of my questions and more. I’m looking forward to trying other products with Vitner’s and I know they’re going to be good. Thanks Camiel.

I have been there in 2014 and it was the most beautiful and interesting lavender farms I have been in Ontario. The owners were lovely. Their products were great! Need to go there again.
