St. Hubertus is a smaller winery without tour buses, but with a touch of personality. During our wine-tasting experience we heard the story of their winery and wines. They charge a fee for wine tasting which is waived with a purchase.
I got a bottle of Marechal Foch and truly enjoyed my purchase :)

We had a wonderful one on one tasting at this beautiful winery. The wines are all organic and very well done. They are done in traditional methods, and are on the dryer side. Prices are a little higher than some other wineries, but I still feel that they give good value.

This was the last stop on our wine tour and I can't say enough amazing things about this winery. The staff treated us awesome, the wine maker Walter was there and took us through a journey of their wines and history. And then the wine, the wine is UNREAL (literally every single one was the best wine I've ever had). Needless to say we left with more than a few bottles :)
