Poplar grove served fantastic wine paired with an amazing meal and superb service. I will make this my go to recommendation for anyone going to Okanagan and wanting a sincere and warm experience.

Visited 5 wineries today and this one at Monster Winery was the worst. The wines weren’t bad (I like that you pick 5 wines to try), but my host was horrible. She was a young brown haired teen with acne. She wasn’t rude but she was not thrilled to be there and hardly smiled, didn’t make conversation and just told me the notes of the wine and then stared blankly into the space behind me. Maybe it was an off day but the other host (young blond teen) seemed much more alive and into wine than my host. I ended up buying a bottle of the Red Eyed (it was $2 off regular price), which waived the $5 tasting. There are bathrooms at this winery and outdoor seating without umbrellas so no reprieve from the blaring Okanagan sun.

A small intimate tasting room without a view. Great variety for tasting although there are 5-6 wines that were sold out so no tasting was available. I had Pam as my host and she was quite cheery and nice. She gave me an extra taste of wine because I couldn’t decide which to buy. I ended up with a juicy merlot and had the tasting $5 fees waived. Lots of parking here and there’s a bathroom. This is the first winery you’ll see while driving up the road.

All I can say is best fruit wine of all time... The Blackberry wine is amazingly easy to drink and recommended to anyone who loves wine or isn't too keen. Love this place. Bought two cases last visit.

We had a picnic with our five kids and had an awesome experience. The staff is very friendly and make sure you say hi to Max (family dog). Our kids wanted to take him home :0)
