Ladies, Be warned!
Went with two friends to enjoy a concert in the outdoor amphitheatre last night. My friend was refused service as apparently she was seen "stumbling while walking away from the smoking area". We were only in the smoking area once, and, as it is on the grass, it is bumpy and therefore slightly difficult to walk on. There were other grassy and uneven areas at this winery as well. So ladies, be warned that if you choose to wear high heels and have to walk on any grass here, you will likely get accused of being drunk and you will be refused service! Staff in the wine tent were extremely rude and condescending. They also took our money for 3 glasses of wine without saying a word and then refused my friend without returning the amount for her glass !!!
Will NOT be returning. Wine is not as good as others in the area and overpriced anyway.
