Treated us very fairly and friendly!!

The Calgary Motor Dealers Association is a not for profit organization that does great work in Calgary. They not only put on the auto and truck show here but also Vehicles and Violins which raises money for charity. Their events are well done and for a good cause. HINT: this is not an organization that deals with complaints against dealerships. That’s AMVIC.

Stop calling me at 8:50 at night I understand this company does a lot of good, but inundating people with a blitzkrieg of phone calls is not going to help you raise funds it just pisses people off, 4 times in one day is ridiculous

All the pretense of an exclusive upscale club, without offering the corresponding benefits. If the club were truly exclusive, as it pretends to be, it would be limited to homes surrounding the lake. As it turns out, there was an arbitrary zone created by MLRA. If you live in this zone, you are responsible for paying a mandatory encumbrance on your property whether you use the tiny beach front or not. There are additional fees according to activities you want to join. Only one guest at a time is allowed, so not a location for a day event with visitors from out of town. The zone is not exclusive to the affluent areas (Million+ homes) of ML, so although they try to appear as the country club set, they are not. Really, just a cheap lake side area that would be open and free in any other city.
