the poor reviews just goes to show that you have had a terrible experience with the agency yourself. Rather you should think about the endangered children that CAS supports and helps to get to a safe environment and then maybe it could not be thought as an obstacle for yourself. Instead it could be appreciated that the other kids that have been repremended are officially safe from danger/abuse/neglect.
