The Victoria Drive BIA Business Improvement Association is located on Victoria Drive near the corner of East 40th. Monique is the star that is the head of operations there and she is simply marvelous, a great organizer and achiever. A hard working mother for her wonderful outstanding children, she is kind, fun, sweet, and I cannot say enough good words about Monique! Words cannot describe how wonderful a person she really is! My experience began when I found a beautiful photograph that Victoria Drive BIA had posted on Victoria Dr. by the BIA looking for volunteers to help clean for the "Keep Vancouver Spectacular" annual event. I am proud to say I have been with the BIA for four years now, golly gee where does the time go? Lol . This is all because Monique is a pleasurable and refreshingly encouraging leader in our community to be with and to work with during children's summer festivals & Chinese New Year too :-) Why not become a volunteer for the BIA and have some fun and get recognition for your time. They're doing more than just a few things right here at this Elementary School the children are extremely well-behaved I was there on a visit with another parent who has a child it was quite a unique experience after I didn't want to go in there initially

They have many services ranging from after school care, support groups for parents/caregivers, and staff are very helpful.
