Columbia Diesel Ltd.
911 11 Ave N, Golden, British Columbia, V0A 1H2, Canada
My wife was traveling from Didsbury, AB thru Golden when the front left wheel started wobbling. The previous day i had all 4 tires replaced in Didsbury. Deb called me and we called all 8 garages in Golden, everyone was booked, no time to take an urgent call, until I called Columbia Diesel. The Service tech said we are booked but if you are stuck bring it in, she did. He had one look at it and 2 studs were already broke off the front wheel and the rest loose as well as some partially loose on some other wheels. They promptly put it on the hoist, pulled and replaced the broken studs and she was on here way. Many thanks to Jordan, Jo-anne and there team for going the extra mile to help person out of a tight spot. Stuart

Osoyoos Mechanics Inc
6203 97th St, Osoyoos, British Columbia, V0H 1V4, Canada
We were stranded in Osoyoos on vacation with a broken clutch on a Saturday. Osoyoos Mechanics took the car in on Monday and got the parts by Tuesday and fixed the car and had us on our way by Wednesday. Cost was market. We were very pleased with the expertise and service. They helped strangers and treated us like valued customers. Louise Campbell and Tim O'Hara

Graham and the staff at Fenders are most honest and professional people I have ever dealt with here in Kelowna. They repaired my friends RV which no one else could do. Saved my friend thousands of dollars in repairs. I highly recommend Fenders for all your automotive repairs.

I went here to have my windshield replaced. They didn't seal it properly and had water pooling in the floor of my car. Went here twice more to 'fix' the issue and a year later, am now going to pay Speedy Glass to fix the leak because they couldn't.
Awful customer service. They keep your vehicle for days until you call them, then they say 'oh yeah, that's been done for a couple days now'. They won't call you to come pick it up. The outside of the shop is a giant junk yard.
Go to CT Auto for way better service and they will actually refuse to do windshields at CT because they understand that windshields require more expertise.
