Took my F-550 Diesel , cause white smoke was coming out the exhaust, my truck was loosing coolant, I told him this has happened once before and was the EGR Cooler, Jim told me to leave the truck to run some test which was only a pressure test and call me by 4pm and told me was overblown head gasket, he mentioned water was getting into the cylinders and that was the problem, bottom line $2700 repair, he charge me a $100 for bad diagnostics ,I took my truck to a different shop and the diagnostics came exactly like I did, honesty is not a word you can’t rely on it, no way you can see what kind of work he is doing cause gates are closed at all times, am glad lost a 100 dollars instead of $2700 for a bad repair because after the gasket repair her will comeback for EGR cooler so if you have a chance better try another shop with a 5 star reputation instead of ghetto place, not mad with Jim just think he need a lot more training.

Really had a good experience with the all-pro boys. Very good communications .... called to advise parts were in ... scheduled us to drop vehicle ... right on time and delivered the day they originally promised ... all pretty amazing this day & age. Really enjoyed Ryan's candor and direct/honest approach. BTW ... they did body AND paint for us ... definitely all above the herd :-)

This company was a life saver. 1st Cliff answered my call on his cell phone at 7 pm on a Friday night, apparently he has calls forwarded . I had an emergency axle repair , for a truck in Phoenix, Im located in Ft.Worth TX. Cliff put me in touch with Frank on of his guys , who handled everything from Logistics ,Fixing of the Axle because apparently this particular model was not being made anymore to getting my truck back on the Road. He was referred to be by other companies in the Phoenix area, and i cant say enough good things about these guys . The Cost was under budget and the repair ahead of schedule. If you need anything done and it involves Welding, You need to use this company . My only regret is that they are in Glendale and not closer to me because i d be using them more. Thank you Cliff and Frank , for an outstanding job guys .

Maybe the most honest mechanics in the country. Dusty doesn't fix what isn't broken.

No BS shop. The mechanics are great and informative.

i'm a one man show in a busy shop. We all know how that is. busy times , 70 + pieces of equipment to keep up with. Found myself way behind and needed help to get caught up , if there is such a thing , . My fix , I called KTS , I've worked with them in the past with great results . They sent over a great Tech and in a single day he had 4 major pieces back on the ready line for me. I'm on to something. I will be utilizing the KTS Team from here on out. Think about it , time is money in this business ,when you need that little extra help to get back on track , 100 % recommend KTS

This is the only place I'll take my vehicles the mechanics are good the owner is a really cool guy. I've had my diesel truck there many times since I bought it from the high pressure oil line to doing the lift kit.
