am not happy with the experience I have just received at D'Cardos Mechanical 45928 Alexander avenue Chilliwack BC On 8/31/2021 I took my 2006 Honda Odyssey in for a Timing belt and Water pump replacement. After receiving the bill I was extremely disappointed with a few things that i noticed . Labour was over $607 by at least 2 hours = $250 also the part for the belt kit was also over by $150-$200 1- He charged me for 5.5 hours of labour on a timing belt/water pump job that has a book hour rating of 3.25-3.5 hours. 2- He charged me $594.29 for the Water pump/ timing belt Kit. I called a few places and Lordco had a few kits ranging from $325-$450 for a 2006 Honda Odyssey 3- Non of his work he did on my van was quoted and the extra work he did was just added to the bill with no phone call or Quotes.  I literally show up with a bill of $1748.35 ! with no quotes or prior calls on expenses. My van is not even worth $2500 to sell.

Our Toyota Tundra started making a whining sound while my wife was driving on Saturday. I took it to 3:10 and they called me first thing Monday morning. Trish confirmed it was the alternator (as I suspected) and quoted me a perfectly reasonable $280 parts and labor for a new alternator. They had it fixed by lunch time and even fixed the annoying rattling noise from the catalytic converter heat shield for me free of charge! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Charged 5k to install supposedly heavy duty transmission. torque converter and sifter. Transmission failed completely w/i 3 months and 3000 miles. Repair tech told me the transmission mounting bolts were loose including one that was nearly vibrated out.

I'm from alberta and had overheating issues with my truck I went to ford and they had no time of day for me so the suggest I came here excellent service and the got me in right away to help me on my way home highly suggest going here for any kind of vehicle. Not only did the get me back on the road they fixed all the problems I had with my truck if I could rate this place a 10 I would 100% and if I ever have trouble coming through again I will be sure to make sure my stop is here

This is a good place. We bring our work truck here a lot (it's a jalaopy...), and we have nothing but good service every time. The service writer is very personable, and the owner is very hands on. He doesn't mind getting dirty, and is always friendly and courteous. The turn around time is pretty good, considering they are so busy. If they are busy, though, they will let you know about how long it'll be. I suggest using these guys here. Top notch service.

Good prices, honest, helpful and friendly employees, and appears to be a family run business. I took my car in for an inspection and accidently left my wallet on the front seat with $2400 in it. They gave me back the keys I hopped in and found my wallet, checked it and it was all there. In 2018 how many places is that gonna happen?

I had to have some work to my little car. These people had to have been some of the most honest straight forward polite and Quality of service shops I have been to . I myself am from the same industry and they treat me the way I treat my customers with respect and honesty.The pricing was excellent aswell.
