This site has a virus. the first time I wasn't sure what happened or how. Went back a few days later by mistake, and again...right to a virus screen that freezes my computer and gives me a 1800 number to call to fix immediately. The worst part, the error screen actually stated that it was from visiting porn sites. Thank god my kids were not present.

The thing that impressed me first was that when I called, Rick the owner asked me my name. From that moment on it became a very good customer/business relationship. I knew what needed to be repaired and Rick explained how they would go about it and why they take the steps that they do. The second thing that impressed me was that they do a tremendous amount of business vehicle and fleet work. That means that they have to do it in a timely manner and it has to be done right. They also look at your vehicle in the long term. Not only what it needs right now but what to look for in the future. And finally, when I picked it up Rick explained exactly what was done. And I found the prices extremely fair. I recommend Valley Truck and Auto highly. A very positive experience.

This is a great shop. Nate is knowledgeable, easy to work with and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great customer experience. Repairs and service work is top notch. It's really nice to work with real people with integrity that do great work and remember your name when you call.

Hammer (Service Manager) is an honest man who keeps his word. I went in for a smog and was blown away by the service even for a relatively simple task. Hammer even gave me a VIP card and a few weeks after that I came back and he gave me a great deal on some break work that my vehicle needed. My car will only be serviced by Purrfect Auto Store on Lake Forest. The mechanics know what they are doing and do an excellent job!

This is a great shop! I’m glad I tried them out and I’ll definitely continue to bring my cars to them for service and repairs.
