Unfurtunatelly these folks offer the worst customer service: no return calls, main contact phone disconnected, product not delivered on time... late by two months so far! That's unacceptable! Still trying to figure out if this company is legit.

This machine shop is "THEE" best, hands down! The staff are very friendly, and very KNOWLEDGEABLE about the business. We took our vehicle in and they kept in constant contact letting us know exactly what they were doing and what was happening. When we came to pick our vehicle up they handed us the keys and I remember looking at the mechanic (Tyler Morrison) who worked on our car and asked him, "so, can we drive this to New York and back and again" I will never forget he looked me in my eyes and stated "yes you can, your car is fixed". I'm very impressed with the quality of service from Auto & Fleet Mechanic. Bob & Mike bent over backwards to accommodate my truck repairs. My head gasket originally needed replaced and so I took it to Auto & Fleet to fix it. On my way home from picking my truck up the "check engine" light popped back on. So, I took it back into Auto & Fleet and they split the diagnostic fee and then promptly fixed the EGR Solinoid & Idle Air Control Valve. After picking my truck up the second time, the check engine light popped back on. So, Bob drove clear across town to pickup my truck and then fixed it for free and drove it back across town for me. Auto & Fleet was very professional and gave accurate timelines and accurate price quotes. I'm very impressed with the quality of customer service even though they had to take a look at my truck three times to completely fix the problem. I highly recommend Auto & Fleet to anyone.

I have never been treated so rudely from a mechanic in my life!!! Told me 3 hrs called after 3 hrs and was told they would call when done and wouldn’t give any other info. The wife/front desk was so short and rude I was at a loss for words dealing with her. I will NEVER use them again or let anyone I know use them! They give as little details as possible and then act like you’re dumb for not knowing what’s going on.
