1 day after getting a shellac manicure my thumb chipped n peeled... The overall quality is horrible. Very lumpy application. I should have known from the way the lady ran out to chase us and convince to get our nails done there. Avoid this place, not worth your money at all. They are very money hungry and the customer service is rushed and forceful. They tried to upsell me on everything. Very uncomfortable. Also not very cleanly. And an over use of files on my heels to where my feet are more rough than when I went in (they were smooth) now they are scratching on my bedsheets.

First time having acrylics done and Blue did a phenomenal job. Over the moon happy with the final result. And I just adore the clean and friendly environment. Thank you Hard Rock Nails! 🧡

Great experience, very friendly and seriously they do amazing work. Truthfully spent way more than expected, I wish they had listed how much the design and diamonds were going to be, I wasn't expecting it to be as much as it did. You get what you paid for and these nails were Amazing!!

I had heard about this place and their capabilities with designs and long nails. I wanted to check it out for a while but it never worked with my schedule till now. I went by on Friday of last week to get a full set and a specific design which I showed the tech a picture of, first pic. I made personal changes: middle finger - no ring candy cane look, ring finger no diamonds, pinky finger - black matte. After asking for the same shape plus my personal changes and paying $110 plus tax $124~ I left with sloppy bumpy looking nails that had the nail polish peeling and chipping the very next day! On the one hand the nails were also thinner than on the other. It’s ironic that they have a sign that say “I may not be perfect but my nails are” let me just say that my nails were FAR from perfect. I have visited many amazing salons in the city of Toronto throughout the years and I do not mind paying more when the work reflects it but this work does not reflect the cost of anywhere near what I paid. The job also took over 2.5 hours to complete. I read the reviews and was very sceptical about coming here but I thought I would give it a try anyway. Let me just say that I should have listened to the reviews and gone to another place that would have done a better job and left me happy for the price I paid! I do not recommend this place to anyone for the price that they charge you can find much better options!
