*After reading other reviews, I fully expect a nasty or rude response from the owner regarding my review, which is disappointing. I’m going to proceed with my review anyway* I’ve been going here for YEARS. I usually get a pedicure, but I get my nails done wherever I can when I have time. I went to Vanessa to have my nails removed. Initially, I felt like she had me waiting, taking people who arrived after me simply because I wasn’t getting any service other than having my nails removed. The first thing Vanessa asked when I sat down was whether or not the place I had them done at was too busy today. Ok…umm. That’s irrelevant. I’m paying to have them removed. This question implies (in my opinion) that she feels some type of way about removing nails that weren’t done at her business. Her demeanor was icy and unpleasant, which is atypical of my experience when going here. Again, I’ve been going here for YEARS and she and her husband are always very friendly upon arriving and leaving. She said nearly nothing to me during the experience. I’m disappointed because where I got my nails done shouldn’t dictate the level of customer Service I receive when PAYING for a service. My left wrist is sprained really bad so I need to take a break from getting my nails done. I came to Vanessa to have them removed because she’s the closest salon to me that I’ve trusted over years. The main reason I’ve continued to come here is because of how warm and welcoming they are. Sad that had to change just because I got my nails done somewhere else and PAID her to remove them 🙄

Had very nice pedicure by Charlene. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I've been going there for many years. Recommend!

Love getting the spa pedicure. During sandal season, add the paraffin wax. The spa pedicure consists sea salt/sugar scrub and hot stone massage. Decor is pretty busy and needs a makeover. There's room for improvement with the techs.
